RMF vacuum de-hydration for oil maintenance on ROV

Kunde: Bergen Hydraulic AS

Vessel: M/V Seabed
Main engines: 4 x Cummins QSK 60 DMI
Main crane: AHC National Oilwell Offshore crane 50 t @ 20 m radius
ROV: Triton XLX35 Heavy Duty Work
ROV launch and recovery: ODIM A-frame in the ROV hangar and ODIM LARS Launch and Recovery System

Case: Whilst the ROV is deployed for subsea operations the hydraulic system becomes contaminated with water.

Filter solution: RMF Vacuum de-hydration unit MWV (Mini Water VAC) placed in the ROV hangar and RMF filteraggregate OLU1A Off-line deepfilter mounted on the storage tank.

When the ROV returns from a mission the hydraulic fluid is pumped through the RMF vacuum de-hydration unit and a deepfiltration filter and then into the storage tank.

The  hydraulic fluid is now ready for re-use in the ROV.
